1912 Meticulous Restoration

Scope of Work: Rapid Roofing & Co undertook a meticulous restoration of the 1912 residence, returning it to its original splendor while showcasing timeless elegance. The project involved seamlessly integrating traditional charm with modern materials to create an exceptional result. Upon removing the old roof, it was discovered that the battens were badly rotten and required replacement before the new shale grey roof could be reinstalled. Additionally, the project included upgrading the downpipes to 90mm and installing new stainless steel internal/box gutters.
